What To Keep In Your School Bag.

So one question that is always asked around the start of school is what should I keep in my School Bag? So to help I decided to come up with a list of things that I keep or I will be keeping in my school bag.
1. Wallet- You need to carry around your student ID and lunch money
2. Phone- You might not allowed to turn it on and use it but at my school you can use until school begins and right after it ends
3. Ear phones- If you have music on your phone like I do or you bring your iPod to school head phones are always nice to have on hand
4.  Gum- There is a no gum rule but we are allowed to chew when school is over and chances are people will be asking you for a piece
5. Planner-You need this to stay organized and to write down your assignments
6. Water-It is important to stay hydrated
7. Contacts or glasses- If you wear contacts you should always have an extra pair with you
8. Keys
9. Makeup bag with makeup- I did a post of whats in my makeup bag
10. Hand Sanitizer- I prefer the BBW ones
11. Any Required books, binders, notebook, folders, school supplies, etc.
12. Pens/ Pencils- You will always need these and put these in a cute pencil pouch
13. Novel-Bring a book (not a text book) in case you have extra time
I hope this helps!  Have a great school year.

Tips for school #1: Binder Accessorizing

For the past couple of years I have been using this really cute idea to spice up your school binder.  Most of you have probably heard of it but its called collaging.  It's basically when you take pictures or magazine clippings and glue them on a piece of paper.  Sounds simple right?  It pretty much is but can be pretty time consuming.  So what you will need is: Paper, pictures/old magazines, scissors, and glue.  It doesn't require much work and always turns out great.  Here are a few collages I have found.

So these are just a few examples that you can use as inspiration.

These images were taken off google.

Covergirl Aqua Smoothers Tinted Moisturzer

So most likely you have heard of the Covergirl Aqua Smoothers Tinted Moisturizer because everyone talks about it. But I was at the drugstore the other day when I came across this and decided to get it because I was on the search for a good tinted moisturizer. It is truly amazing. This product blends well, is lightweight, has a good amount of coverage, and has SPF 15. I know summer is ending but it is still good to have a good tinted moisturizer on hand for those days when you don't need a lot of coverage. You may think in the fall and wintertime you don't necessarily need SPF but the sun is still there even if you can't see it.  Overall I definitely recommend this product.

Available: Drugstores

Price: around $7

Bath And Body Works Mini Halloween Candles.

I was walking through the mall when I noticed that BBW (Bath and Body Works) had a "new stuff" sign. So I had to go in and of course I was sucked into buying stuff.  Okay, so I know it is still the summer time but Halloween is coming up!  Fall and Winter are my two favorite seasons so naturally I love Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmastime. So when I saw that Bath and Body Works had some new stuff out I had to try them out.  I got a few things but today's blog post (as you can tell from the title) is about the mini Halloween candles.  They had three candles out so I picked up the 3 mini versions of them.  Also they have super adorable designs on them.

How To Pick Blushes

When picking a cheek color you always want to choose the one that compliments you skin tone.

If you have cool undertones: Pinks and Berries with blue undertones will look the best.

Warm Complexions: try yellow-based blushes that are peachy or reddish-orange colored

Don't Know Which One You Are???
Put a blush on in front of a mirror, which makes your skin look brighter?, which makes your   skin look more gray?
